ROOTS Halterneck Polka Dot DRESS
A classic halterneck, summer dress in bright yellow with bold white polkadots. Has fitted bodice with four layered skirt giving plenty of swing, sway and twirl! Belt loops but sadly no belt. Beautifully made, fully lined and concealed rear zip. Circa 1970s. Very cute!
