A vintage halter neck dress from the 1960/70's by Richard Roberts Jerseywear Ltd. The bust and ties are in lined black polyester with a flattering high waistline which is gathered and is a horizontally striped design in blue, mmauve, purple, white and black. It has a concealed rear zip and a tie belt.
