This is a striking 1970s era printed silk jersey dress made in France by Leonard Fashion Paris. Captivating and vivacious, Leonard prints always add an element of fun to fashion. V-neck with long sleeves. Capturing the groovy 1970s, this Leonard dress has a geometric print in vibrant colours of purple, mauve, red, and orange . Made from smooth and cool silk, this dress is unlined and has an invisible rear zip.

Leonard was a textile business that expanded into garments in 1958, initially printing on English weaves and introducing a line of printed silk jersey in 1968. Leonard Fashion is known for its  complex, colourful mod prints utilized by both during the late 1960s and into the 1970s.  

In very good vintage condition. No marks, snags or holes. The fabric is still bright and the zip in GWO.
