Vintage 60s/70s DRESS by Frank Usher of London

A fantastic, sleeveless, scoop neck, empire line dress. Made of a see through lace/net material. The upper/bust area is in white lace with cream lining. It has a satin style band below the bust with a large bow to the front. Below the bust to the floor the dress is black and unlined and therefore see through. Could be worn with an underskirt/slip. Has molded bust cups. Fastened at the rear with a concealed zip and three poppers.

In very good used condition, no holes, tears or marks.

No fabric label but is synthetic.
