Hand Stitched Beautiful Full Length Japanese KIMONO

Amazing, vintage, hand stitched, full length kimono in very good condition. The fabric is light weight, probably silk,  but there are no labels to confirm. The design is of red splashes and lines on a pink background. Traditional kimono styling with rectangular split sleeves and an open front. So versatile and easy to wear. Fully lined in red and peach.

In excellent condition, handmade. No snags, marks or tears to the fabric. Looks unworn- still retains masking stitches.

Japanese clothing is usually of adjustable fit, being mostly wrap-over or tie-to-fit items, so most garments fit a range of sizes. Measure from centre back of neck, along shoulder and down the arm to the wrist, then double that and compare it with the sleeve end measurement to judge sleeve length.
